On June 13, 2024, Professor David Dodoo-Arhin, a distinguished scholar in Materials Science and Engineering, delivered his inaugural lecture at the University of Ghana’s Great Hall. The lecture, titled “Beyond the Limit: Engineering Sustainable Solutions for Basic Human Needs,” highlighted innovative approaches to addressing fundamental challenges in sustainability.

Professor Dodoo-Arhin, who also serves as the Director of the Institute of Applied Science and Technology, emphasized the critical role of interdisciplinary collaboration between academia, industry, and government in driving sustainable development.
